Message from Principal of Foyle College - FAO parents of Primary 7 pupils. Change of date for Familiarisation Evening, Wednesday 22nd October 2025

I am writing to you as the parent/guardian of a Primary 7 pupil who has applied to sit the SEAG Entrance Assessment in Foyle College on the 15th November and 22nd November 2025.

We are offering a Familiarisation Evening in school on the revised date of Wednesday, 22nd October 2025, for one adult and the child who is sitting the assessment to attend.

Due to the number of pupils sitting the assessments at Foyle College we will be holding two information sessions on this evening.

You are invited to attend Session 2 beginning at 7.30 pm in the Assembly Hall. It is anticipated that the session will last no longer than one hour.

The Familiarisation Evening is not a compulsory part of the SEAG Entrance Assessment system; however, important information regarding the arrangements for the test days will be shared with you on the evening.

Unfortunately, due to the availability of staff, this is the only date on which we can offer this facility.
