Today our class and Miss Coyle's LSU, as part of their Junior Warden project, went on a time travelling guided tour of Derry. We toured many of the city's major landmarks such as the Walls, St Columb's Cathedral, the Guildhall and The Old Port. They were guided through some of the major moments of the city's past. This included such events as St Columba setting up his monastery, The Siege, The Famine, Emigration and World War II. We had a great time and learned loads of interesting facts which will hopefully give us even more pride in our city.
