On the 11th October, as part our P7 topic on "The Irish Famine," our Primary 7 pupils visited the Famine Village on the Isle of Doagh. During their visit the children received talks about the famine, emigration and evictions. They were also able to visit the very scary "Haunted Room" and secret "Safe House."
